PALEO MEALS INCLUDE AN ENTREE & TWO SIDES

Paleo is diet/ lifestyle choice consisting of only eating: lean meats, veggies, fruits, nuts, and seeds. Another name for Paleo is the 'Caveman Diet', and followed by most cross-fitters. Paleo is gluten-free, dairy-free, and sugar-free. 

Our Paleo Menu features daily meals that contain a lean meat and two sides. These meals change everyday, but we usually rotate out our favorites every other week. Depending on our schedule we always have one new meal each day, but may end up making multiple meals daily. 

(We mass make the meals with the entree and sides already chosen. No substitutions.)


Paleo Entrée: 

Tuscan Lemon Chicken
(Grilled chicken breast seasoned with olive oil, lemon, and herbs) 

Rosemary Pork Tenderloin
(Roasted pork tenderloin seasoned with olive oil,lemon, and herbs) 

Mediterranean Mahi-Mahi
(Mahi-Mahi fillet seasoned with Mediterranean herbs and spices, topped with a black olive, Spanish onions, artichoke, and tomatoes)

Pulled Pork
(BBQ rubbed pulled pork)

Herb-Grilled Shrimp
( Gulf shrimp seasoned with lemon, basil, red pepper flakes, and topped with fresh parsley)

Maple Mustard Glazed Salmon
(Salmon fillet glazed with dijon mustard, agave nectar, and spices)

Smokey Sliders
(Two beef patties seasoned with smokey paprika, sauteed onions, and spices)

Bacon-Topped Meatloaf
(Our version of a southern classic individual portions glazed with tomato sauce and topped with bacon crumbles)
